With two weeks left in the states, and panic setting in at random times of the day, I think about all that I won't have and will miss dearly. Here's a list that may or may not be added onto as I continue my adventure:
- All my friends and family- Especially phone calls to and from my mom
- Not being able to give my friends in China one last hug
- My brother's dogs- they better not forget me and I better get picture updates
- Being able to get in my car and drive to the wilderness when I need to get away
- My car- although I'm hoping to come back only wishing to use a car for road trips
- Pancakes and Chinese food- a pancake stand however maybe in a distant Costa Rican future
- Winter and cold-I love my sweaters
- Cooking/Watching cooking shows
- Not having to worry about animals or bugs that bite or cause general havoc

They will miss you... especially after they have been scolded downstairs and retreat up the stairs to the pushover on the couch... Who else can yell at them in a kind voice and it sounds more like a suggestion? BTW this morning I think Mack thought he was a professional wrestler... he was jumping off the couch onto Gus' back over and over again... almost funny....
I will join you in the search for pancakes! Or just eat the one's you cook as you seem to have cooking knowledge (I'm definitely lacking in that department!)
